Grants
It is through your generosity that our programs can continue to positively impact the lives of youth in our community.
Make a Difference
There are few places where your generosity can have the kind of impact on the lives of young adults that it does when you partner financially with Project Diakonia.
We are committed to providing programs and services that help young adults transition successfully out of foster care and youth corrections.
